Arrived with a rip
Screen arrived with packaging intact, but there was a small rip in the screen. This must have occured during packaging, not delivery because there weren't any tears or damage to the box.

I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that the paper wasn't smooth on a few of the panels and the hinges also don't seem to come together properly. It was completely assembled already which was a plus.

this is an good product at a fair price. it is a little light-flimsy, but so are most shoji screens. i'm only slightly bummed as one of the panel is slightly warped... otherwise no complaints!

The quality of the wood and screen are excellent, it opens and folds easily, is lightweight and very easy to move around. It was well packaged and arrived in good shape.
Not so great - it didn't come with a double sided option, so the backside doesn't have the wood slat design, just a screen. They should advertise this fact in the catalog, or offer a double sided version of all the screens. I would have been willing to pay more for double sided.
